The Four Sacred Medicines are gifts from the Creator, each holding deep spiritual significance across many Indigenous cultures, including Wabanaki traditions. These medicines are used for healing, ceremony, and connection.

Other natural ingredients

Each ingredient we use is chosen with intention, keeping in mind its relationship to the land, to our bodies, and to our traditions. All of our plant relatives hold stories, teachings, and medicine.

Elderberry

Packed with antioxidants, elderberry nurtures the skin while connecting us to ancient healing traditions.

Beeswax & Natural Oils

We use organic beeswax and nutrient-rich, skin-loving oils like jojoba, calendula, and coconut to deeply nourish, soothe, and protect.

Sweetgrass

Harvested using traditional methods, sweetgrass invites blessings and balance with its sweet, calming scent.

Sage

A powerful cleanser, sage clears stagnant energy and supports clarity of mind and spirit.

Cedar

Sacred and grounding, cedar is used for protection, purification, and spiritual connection.

Smudging Traditions

Smudging is a sacred practice that involves burning traditional medicines to cleanse and bless spaces, bodies, and spirits.

Our smudging products are designed to carry the spirit of those medicines, even when lighting a bundle isn’t possible.
