Smudging is a sacred practice that involves burning traditional medicines sage, cedar, sweetgrass, and ceremonial tobacco to cleanse and bless spaces, bodies, and spirits.

Our smudging products were crafted with three of the traditional medicines to allow you to experience the same positive energy, even when you might not be able to smudge.
